Delivery

All orders are dispatched the next working day, so your games will be with you nice and quickly.

Standard delivery: 1-3 working days for UK orders only

Returns

We want you to love your Twinkle & Twine order. If for any reason you're not happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please get in touch via our contact page and we'll guide you through the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll put it right straight away.
